Marco Dufour

Marco Dufour is an experienced Labour Relations Officer currently serving at the Ontario Nurses' Association since January 2017, where responsibility includes supporting members and safeguarding their rights. Prior experience includes serving as a Labour Relations Officer with the Public Service Alliance of Canada from June to December 2016, representing union members in grievance procedures and consultations across various federal employers. Dufour has also held roles such as Manager of Labour Relations and Attendance at School Board Viamonde and Senior Labour Relations Advisor at Union des Artistes, providing a comprehensive background in labour relations, collective bargaining, and employee management. Dufour holds a Bachelor's Degree in Labour and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Social Science Diploma from Cegep de la Pocatière.
