Alice Chan is a seasoned business system analyst with extensive experience in the pension industry, currently serving at the Ontario Pension Board since April 2013 in various capacities, including Business & Technical Lead and Pension Analyst. Alice has actively contributed to the development of pension calculators, executed user acceptance testing, and enhanced workflow efficiency through tool development using MS Excel and Access. Prior to this role, Alice worked at Mercer and Aon as a Pension Administrator, where responsibilities included benefit calculation, client project management, and training junior staff. Alice began a career in customer service as a Call Center Representative at D+H and holds an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial and Statistical Science from Western University.
