Ali Raza

Ali Raza, P.Eng, is a seasoned technical engineer currently employed at Ontario Power Generation since May 2016, progressing from a Junior Technical Engineer to an Assistant Technical Engineer, and then to a Technical Engineer. Ali contributed notably to the Turbine Governor Upgrade project at Pickering Nuclear Generating Station, demonstrating strong project management and communication skills while coordinating with various teams and managing critical project milestones. Prior experience includes an internship at Ontario Power Generation Inc., where Ali engaged in design completion and field assessments, and a role as Assistant Project Engineer at Trophy Foods Inc., focusing on process improvements and project execution. Ali holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and has experience tutoring high school students in math and science subjects.
