Atena Mahiny

Atena Mahiny, M.Eng. P.Eng. PMP, is an accomplished project lead at Ontario Power Generation with extensive experience in project delivery, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. Since June 2017, Atena has held various roles including Acting Section Manager and Senior Technical Engineer Officer - Refurbishment, where responsibilities included managing project scope, quality, and execution in compliance with established standards. Prior experience at LCBO as a Senior Procurement Coordinator involved market research, supplier analysis, and procurement planning. Atena also served as Examination Coordinator at Toronto Metropolitan University and as Event Manager for the Iranian Ryerson Student Association, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Atena holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ryerson University.
