Cynthia Domjancic

Cynthia Domjancic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, labour relations, and finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Chief Ethics Officer at Ontario Power Generation since November 2006, Cynthia has held several key positions within the organization, including Vice President of Labour Relations and Vice President of Operations Controllership. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at Thunder Bay Hydro as a Business & Regulatory Analyst and at Parmalat Canada as a Cost Accountant, among other positions. Cynthia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lakehead University, a CGA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and various certificates in labour relations, negotiation, and asset management from institutions such as Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law School.
