Eric Lefebvre is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and system performance within the energy sector. Currently serving as Project Lead at PowerON Energy Solutions since March 2023 and at Ontario Power Generation since May 2016, Eric has demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams, implementing innovative tracking systems, and spearheading efficiency studies that yield significant gains. Key accomplishments include enhancing safety margins at Pickering Nuclear Generating Station and successfully coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Systems Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Nuclear Engineering Technology, alongside experience in quality and production management at General Motors, Eric brings a comprehensive skill set to the field of nuclear engineering.
