Erin Wickware possesses extensive experience in recruitment and legal staffing, currently serving as the Recruitment and Onboarding Lead at Ontario Power Generation since August 2019. In this role, Erin has held various positions, including Senior Recruiter/Specialist and Acting Manager, Recruitment, contributing to the firm's status as a leading clean power producer in North America. Prior to Ontario Power Generation, Erin was the Director at Vision Legal Recruitment from 2012 to August 2019, specializing in placing legal professionals with prominent Canadian companies. Erin's earlier experience includes serving as Division Director and Recruiter at Robert Half Legal, where a focus on staffing solutions for legal firms and corporate legal departments was paramount, as well as a brief role as a Law Clerk at Baker McKenzie. Erin holds a Law Clerk Advanced degree from Durham College.
