Tanya Hickey

Tanya Hickey currently serves as Section Manager for Environment, Health, and Safety at Ontario Power Generation, with a tenure beginning in July 2009. In this role, Tanya is responsible for directing health and wellness initiatives, including employee assistance and absence benefits, while also leading the development of an award-winning program grounded in industry best practices. Previous positions held include Section Manager for Compliance, Management Systems, and Environment at Ontario Power Generation, and Director at Arnprior Regional Health, where Tanya was also Vice-Chair of the Quality Committee. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist at Pfizer from 2004 to 2009. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Guelph.
