Drew Woodley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Drew is currently the Director of Government Relations at The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Epilepsy Ontario from 2018 to 2022. Drew also served as the Director of Communications at Epilepsy Toronto from 2012 to 2018, where they managed internal and external communications for a non-profit agency. In 2012, Drew worked as a Labour Relations Officer at AMAPCEO, facilitating member engagement activities. Drew also has experience in political campaigns, having worked in communications and organization roles for Jack Layton Re-election Campaign, Peter Tabuns Re-election Campaign, and Craig Scott Election Campaign in 2011. Additionally, Drew worked as a Communications Assistant and Constituency Assistant at Parliament of Canada from 2008 to 2012. Drew started their career as a Provincial Organizer at Ontario NDP in 2007 and as a Fundraiser and Campaign Program Supervisor at Public Outreach Fundraising from 2003 to 2005.
Drew Woodley's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from York University, which was earned from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science from York University from 2005 to 2006. In 2016 to 2017, Drew attended George Brown College, where they obtained a Certificate in Social Media Marketing.
