The Veterinary Services team at Ontario SPCA provides comprehensive medical care and wellness support for animals. Led by the Chief Veterinary Officer, the team includes Registered Veterinary Technicians, an Animal Control Officer, and a Clinic Manager. They work together to ensure pets' physical, mental, and emotional health, particularly during stressful times like the COVID-19 pandemic. They use advanced knowledge of animal physiology, including olfactory senses, to develop strategies for reducing anxiety in pets.
