Matthew Paterson is an experienced leader in product management and investment risk technology, currently serving as Managing Director at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since October 2021. Previous roles include Head of Product at both Tread and Instacart, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy and engineering for major SaaS platforms. With a background as VP of Product at Unata Inc. and Director of Product at Field iD, Matthew has a proven track record in building and scaling innovative technology solutions in eCommerce and logistics. Additionally, Matthew has experience from Torstar Corporation as a Software Architect, supported by degrees in Computer Science and Business, along with credentials in financial services.
