Michael Jemczyk

Michael Jemczyk has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael began their career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in 2008 as a Summer Law Student. Michael then joined the company as an Articling Student in 2009 and worked as a Corporate Lawyer from 2010 to 2016, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Corporate/Commercial practice areas. In 2017, Michael transitioned to Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where they have held various roles, including Associate General Counsel, Investments, and Managing Director. Michael'sresponsibilities at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan have centered around legal counsel and management of investment-related matters.

Michael Jemczyk attended Queen's University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree. Michael then pursued further education at the University of Alberta from 2006 to 2009, obtaining a degree in Law.
