Tanya Shah

Tanya Shah is a versatile human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People and Culture Specialist at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since May 2023, Tanya previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Evisort, where strategic oversight included employee relations, organizational development, and compliance in both Canada and the United States. Tanya has a proven track record in talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thinkific and as an Early Talent Recruitment Lead at TD, where innovative recruitment strategies were implemented.
