Angela Copeland serves as the Chief Information Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister for the Health Services I&IT Cluster at the Ontario Government, a role held since January 2022. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at Toronto Public Library (September 2019 - December 2021) and Director of Data & Analytics Strategy, Projects & Governance at Cancer Care Ontario (2014 - 2019). Angela has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including Chief Information Officer and Privacy Officer at Runnymede Healthcare Centre, Lead of IT Service Management at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and multiple managerial positions at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. In academia, Angela was a Course Instructor at Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult Education from Mount Saint Vincent University, a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and participation in leadership programs at the Rotman School of Management.
