Manish Nariwal

Manish Nariwal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and technology. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ontellus since June 2023, Manish previously held multiple senior leadership roles at First Advantage from July 2016 to June 2023, including Sr. Vice President of Product & Technology and Senior Vice President of Global Operations, focusing on transformation and integrated automation. Prior to this, Manish was Vice President of Operations at Tata Consultancy Services Limited from June 2005 to June 2016, also attaining the title of Associate Vice President. Manish Nariwal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Operations, and HR from Assam Don Bosco University, completed in March 2021.
