Tanya Druz

Tanya Druz is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business control and management accounting. Currently serving as Business Controller and Finance Manager at Ontex since July 2014, Tanya has been responsible for various financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning functions. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Management Accounting Department at ING from May 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities encompassed IFRS reporting and business performance analysis. Earlier positions included leading the Middle Corporate Client department at ING Lease Ukraine and serving as Chief Accountant at AstraZeneca. Tanya holds a CIMA qualification and a DipIFR from ACCA.
