Axelle then joined Farine as a Marketing & Communication Executive, where they were responsible for both online and offline marketing activities. Axelle later became a Jr. Marketing Manager at Farine, where they developed and implemented long-term marketing plans and organized branding events. In 2017, Axelle joined FB Solution as a Marketing Manager for Greater China, managing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Axelle then progressed to the role of Regional Marketing Manager for Greater China, focusing specifically on B2B marketing. Axelle's most recent role was as the Head of Digital Operations at Goxip, where they oversaw digital operations within the company. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Ecommerce at OnTheList.
Axelle Maillard Lai has a comprehensive education history, with a focus on international management, business, marketing, communication, and Mandarin Chinese. In 2007, they attended Lycée Chateaubriand, where they studied at the école de commerce in their CPGE program. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Master Grande Ecole degree at ICN Business School, specializing in marketing and communication. Afterward, from 2012 to 2014, they attended MIEX and completed a Master of Science in International Management, with a major in doing business in China. In 2021, they enrolled in OpenClassrooms for an unspecified degree program. Additionally, they completed Mandarin Chinese studies at Q Language in the same year.
