Delphine Lefay has a diverse work experience. Delphine is the co-founder and CEO of OnTheList, a company specializing in members-only flash sales in-store and online. OnTheList offers past-season items from premium brands at discounted prices. Delphine has been with OnTheList since January 2016 and has expanded its presence to Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai, and online markets in Australia, Malaysia, and Korea.

Delphine is also a co-founder and CEO of Phenix by OnTheList, a role they held from January 2021 to April 2023.
