Vivian Fan

Vivian Fan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vivian started their career in 2009 as a Trainee at Headsearch21 Consultancy Limited and was eventually promoted to the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant within three years. During their time there, they primarily partnered with clients from the retail industry to recruit back office positions.

In 2016, Vivian joined The Adecco Group as a Senior Recruiter specializing in Sales and Marketing. Vivian held this role until 2017.

Moving on, Vivian became a Human Resources Business Partner at Furrion in 2018. In this position, they served as an HR advisor to all Business Units and played a key role in building organization and people capability. Furrion is an innovative technology company with offices in the USA, UK, Hong Kong, and China.

In 2020, they joined The Greater China Restaurant Company, Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager. Here, Vivian managed various HR functions and provided business partnering to support the company's goals. The Greater China Restaurant Company develops restaurant concepts that transform into reputable brands.

Vivian then transitioned to OnTheList in 2021 as an APAC Human Resources Manager. In this role, they oversaw HR functions across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Korea, and Malaysia. Vivian also acted as a key advisor and driver of performance improvement, leading HR projects to influence positive change in the business environment. OnTheList is a pioneering concept of Members-Only Flash Sales, offering brands a sustainable option to clear past-season merchandise and expanding their consumer market.

Currently, Vivian holds the position of APAC Head of Human Resources at OnTheList, a role they assumed in early 2023. Vivian continues to lead the HR team and is responsible for overseeing HR functions across the APAC regions.

Vivian Fan completed their education history with a high level of focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Vivian obtained a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2016. Prior to that, Vivian attained a Bachelor's degree in English for the Professions from City University of Hong Kong in 2009. Currently, they are pursuing a program at HKU SPACE, specializing in Big Data and AI for HR Analytics, which will be completed in 2022. Before entering higher education, Vivian attended St Paul's Convent School, although specific details about their degree are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Vivian Fan has also acquired relevant certifications. Vivian obtained certifications in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in June 2021, and in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics, both earned from LinkedIn in May 2020. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of Human Resources Management.
