Matthew Langer has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Matthew has worked in various companies, starting in 2014 with Tesco PLC, where they were a UX/UI Designer responsible for designing engaging online experiences for Tesco.com Grocery Home Shopping. Matthew then joined Salmon as a UX/UI Lead Designer, working with clients such as Audi and Avnet. During their time at Salmon, the Audi.co.uk team won AutoTrader's Best Manufacturer Digital Customer Experience Award in 2016.

In 2016, Matthew became a UX Lead at Trilogiq Group, where they led the UX for a brand-new e-commerce product launch and conducted extensive consumer research and user testing to develop personas. Matthew later worked as a UX Consultant at Camelot, leading the UX for the launch of The National Lottery's new draw-based game 'SET FOR LIFE'.

Matthew then joined Purplebricks Group PLC as a UX Design Lead, overseeing the redesign and restructuring of Purplebricks' global website to establish its presence as the leading online estate agents. Matthew also created a version-control design language system using Atomic design principles.

Following their time at Purplebricks, Matthew worked as a UX/UI Design Lead at ESL - Turtle Entertainment, leading the UX of interactive solutions for esports organizer and production company ESL Gaming. Matthew also worked at RS Components as a Lead UX/UI Designer, where they focused on implementing User-Centered Design for RS Connected Factories.

In 2021, Matthew joined the Education and Skills Funding Agency as a User Experience Consultant, where they ideated and prototyped a Triage Tool for the National Career Service. Matthew then moved to OnTheMarket as a User Experience Lead and later became the Head of UX. During their time at OnTheMarket, they delivered transformative and innovative best-in-class B2C Android/iOS apps, launched AI-Powered search tools and intuitive account areas for consumers, and developed data-driven software platforms for agents.

Overall, Matthew Langer has a wealth of experience leading and implementing user experience strategies for various companies and industries.

Matthew Langer attended Queen Elizabeths from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained their GCSE's. From 1999 to 2000, they attended Queen Elizabeths again and completed a GNVQ in Art/Design. Following that, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued their education at Nottingham Trent University and earned a BA Honours degree in Graphic Design. Concurrently, they also attended Middlesex University during the same period and obtained a BTEC Diploma in Design.
