Helen Gardiner

Helen Gardiner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ontic since October 2017 and Director at Gloucestershire Engineering Training since October 2022, Helen has previously held positions including HR Director at Wincanton, HR Business Partner at Severn Trent Water and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Head of HR at Amey. Helen’s career began with various roles at Peugeot, culminating in HR Manager. Academically, Helen holds an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Business Administration degree from Coventry University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth, and an HND in Business and Finance from Solent University.
