Jay Bishop

Jay Bishop currently serves as the Global Reporting Manager for Business Improvement & Operations at Ontic, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Jay held various roles in performance management and analysis, including positions at Gloucester City Council, DAEL Group, and Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities encompassed performance improvement and workflow management. Earlier experience includes roles at Virgin Money and Phones 4u, focusing on customer service and sales. Jay holds A-level qualifications in Communication and Media Studies from Cirencester College, completed between 2009 and 2012.
