Sean Rodham

Sean Rodham is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Ontic, where responsibilities include leading a team of seven engineers in support of the Civil, Military, and Marine portfolio. Previously, Sean held the position of Sustaining Engineering Manager at Triumph Group, overseeing a team dedicated to similar portfolios, and also served as a Lead Design Engineer focused on Airbus and Marine programs. With a solid foundation in technology management from Halliburton, Sean has progressed through various engineering roles, including Principal Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, contributing to product development and technical solutions in the oil and gas sector. Sean holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England and is currently participating in the Halliburton Leadership Development Program at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
