Murph Holder

Murph Holder is the current Vice President of People at Ontic. Prior to Ontic, Murph served as the Senior Director of Talent Management & Experience at Yieldmo from April 2018 to March 2021. In this role, Murph was responsible for HRIS administration and maintenance, overseeing onboarding and experience for new hires, owning the Immigration process, providing HRBP support to several teams across both the business and tech side of the organization, and miscellaneous organizational project/initiative support from the People team.

Murph Holder has a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Ouachita Baptist University. They are also certified as a Leadership Development Trainer from the Miller Heiman Group, as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and as a SHRM - Certified Professional from SHRM. Additionally, they are a Notary Public in the state of New York.
