Jason E. Rosen

Jason E. Rosen is the Managing Partner at ONTIER, leading a boutique business law firm. Previously, he was the Founding Partner at JER Law Firm. With a background in federal and State of Florida criminal matters, specializing in white collar defense, he has also worked as an Attorney at Kim and Lahey Law Firm, LLC. Rosen has experience in securities fraud prosecutions and financial advising, having worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a Juris Doctor degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
