Tom Hayden

Tom Hayden has extensive work experience in the engineering and network transformation field. Tom is currently the Head of Engineering at Ontix, where they have been employed since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Arqiva from 2017 to 2023, holding roles such as Head of Engineering, Network and Security Platforms, and Head of Network Transformation and Engineering, Director of Networks. Before Arqiva, they had a long tenure at Vodafone starting in 2006, where they held various positions including Head of IP And Optical Design and Delivery, Fixed Network Senior Manager - Core Data, Fixed Access and Feasibility Manager, Cable and Wireless Integration Team Sub Workstream Lead, NSU Transport Design Manager - UK, Technical Manager IP & MPLS Design, and Technical Authority - Packet Core Design.

Tom Hayden attended the University of Nottingham from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
