Ash Laing

Ash Laing has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They are currently working as a Senior Manager of Global Supplier Quality at Onto Innovation since July 2022. Prior to that, Ash was the Founder and Managing Partner of Cadence Capital Group LLC starting in April 2017. They also held the position of Senior Manager of Global Supplier Quality Program at PerkinElmer, Inc. from February 2021 to July 2022. Ash has experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Leidos from March 2020 to October 2020. They also worked at Dräger as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Continuous Improvement Leader from May 2015 to March 2020. Ash Laing has a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, which was completed in 2011. Ash also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the same university. In addition, Ash attended the North Bennet Street School, where they studied Architectural Millwork and Preservation Carpentry. Ash has also achieved certifications as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ (American Society for Quality).
