James Bendall

James Bendall has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. James is currently serving as the Senior Director, Human Resources - International at Onto Innovation. Prior to that, they worked as an Employment Tribunal Member at the Ministry of Justice UK. James also served as the People Director - International at Aternity and as the Director, Human Resources - International at Veracode. In addition, they were the Head of Human Resources - Safety & Security Division at Air Partner and held various HR leadership positions at HEIDENHAIN. James started their career as a Commissioned Officer in the NZ Army. Overall, James Bendall has a strong background in HR and extensive experience in international roles.

James Bendall has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Employment & European Law from the University of Leicester. James also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Otago. In addition, they obtained the Queen's Commission from the Officer Cadet School of New Zealand, focusing on Leadership, Management & Military History. James has also received several certifications, including Finance for Non-Financial Directors from The Institute of Directors in 2017, Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2016, and Chartered MCIPD from CIPD in 2009.
