Jen Petersen

Jen Petersen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jen is currently employed at Onto Innovation as a Human Resources Business Partner, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Caribou Coffee as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2019 to October 2021. Jen also gained valuable experience at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2015 to March 2019. Before transitioning to HR, Jen worked as a Staffing Specialist at Target from December 2014 to March 2015. Their career began at Stinson Leonard Street LLP as an Attorney Recruiting Assistant from September 2013 to December 2014.

Jen Petersen graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2012. Jen majored in Biology and had minors in Business Management and Environmental Studies. In March 2023, they obtained the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning.
