Shalini Gibson

Shalini Gibson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Principal Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner in Business Technology at Discover Financial Services since September 2017, Shalini has previously held significant positions such as AVP, HR Business Partner at Zurich North America, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives for various client organizations and overseeing the Zurich Asian American Alliance ERG. Shalini's career began at Motorola as an HR Business Partner, followed by a role as Sr. HR Manager at The Coca-Cola Company. Shalini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
