Senior Director Of Operations at Onto Innovation

Ken Opheim has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Ken began their career in 1987 as a Branch Supervisor in the US Navy, where they were responsible for managing and budgeting the support of fire control weapons systems for multiple aircraft squadrons. In 2001, they transitioned to the private sector and joined Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Ken later became a Manufacturing Manager, a role they held until 2013. In 2017, Ken joined Rudolph Technologies as a Production Manager, where they oversaw direct manufacturing operations and implemented lean principles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Onto Innovation, a position they have held since 2020.

Ken Opheim attended Lake Superior State University from 1981 to 1985. The field of study and degree obtained during this time are unknown. Ken then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2001. Ken Opheim furthered their education at the same institution, obtaining a second Master's degree in Computer Information Systems between 2001 and 2003.
