At the University of Rochester, Min held two roles - Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. As a Graduate Research Assistant, Min built physical models and used Monte Carlo simulation to study exciton valley depolarization and dark excitons in monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides and ML-WSe2, respectively. Min also compared simulation results with experimental data.
Min Yang received a Bachelor's Degree in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, which spanned from 2011 to 2015.
