Regional Sales Manager at Onto Innovation

Stéphane Robic has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Stéphane started their career at IBM Microelectronic (Altis) as a Defectivity Sustaining Engineer from 1993 to 1996. Stéphane then joined KLA-Tencor in 1997 as an Application Engineer, where they worked until 2002. During this time, they provided technical expertise to customers and contributed to yield improvement projects. From 2002 to 2008, they served as a PCS Solution Engineer at KLA-Tencor, assisting customers in improving their yield through various technical activities.

In 2008, Stéphane took on the role of Regional Product and Sales Manager at KLA-Tencor, responsible for promoting and selling integrated analysis software solutions to customers in Europe. Stéphane conducted pre-sales activities, prospected new customers, built proposals, and successfully negotiated and closed deals. In 2010, they added the role of ETBU Solution Engineer to their responsibilities, which they held until 2009.

Most recently, in 2022, Stéphane joined Onto Innovation as a Regional Sales Manager, where they continue to leverage their expertise in sales and product promotion.

Stéphane Robic completed their education with a Master's Degree in Technical/Sciences of the Engineer from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs. Stéphane pursued this degree from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in Physical Characterization and Materials Properties from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 1991 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship called "Formation Challenge Plus" from HEC Paris in the year 2018.
