Tom Bauer CCP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles over the years.

Tom was most recently employed at Onto Innovation as the Vice President of Global Human Resources starting in April 2021.

Prior to that, from December 2019 to January 2021, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Veracode.

Before their time at Veracode, they worked at Amwell as the Head of Human Resources from November 2017 to December 2019.

Their longest-tenured position was at QinetiQ US, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from February 2002 to December 2015.
