Our compensation model varies from standard retainer to equity based remuneration. We can also engage in longer management for hire and project management contracts or assume board positions. Our key services comprise strategy, business development, corporate finance, performance improvement & turnaround. We are involved in a range of industries, however, our main foothold is within consumer goods/retail, oil & gas and ICT. Ontogeny is owned and run by individuals with partner level consulting and corporate finance capabilities, coupled with experience from senior executive positions.
