Carolina Rincon Cortes

Carolina Rincon Cortes has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Carolina is currently working at Ontop as the Chief Legal Officer since January 2023, and they also hold the role of VP of Legal Affairs since November 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Foreign Associate at PAG.law PLLC from November 2015 to November 2021. Additionally, they worked as an LLM Summer Research Assistant at Cornell Law School in July and August 2015. Carolina previously gained experience at Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Legal Executive from June 2013 to July 2014 and at Gamboa, García & Cardona Abogados as part of the Corporate Law Department / Associate Lawyer from July 2012 to June 2013. Carolina began their legal career at Fox International Channels (FIC) as a Legal Assistant in the Legal Department from September 2011 to January 2012.

Carolina Rincon Cortes holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Law, which they obtained from Cornell University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes, where they also completed their Law degree. In 2012, they attended a Summer Course in International Business Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, they participated in a Summer Course on International Economic Law and Human Rights at American University in 2011.
