Paulo Sigaud Sellos is an experienced product leader currently serving as Head of Product at Ontop since September 2024, previously holding the same position at Conta Simples from August 2021 to September 2024, where Paulo led a team of 10 Product Managers and developed innovative strategies for the B2B fintech market in Brazil. Additional experience includes roles as Group Product Manager at Conta Simples, Instructor and Mentor at Awari, Expert at Tera, and Product Manager at RappiBank Brasil, where Paulo launched a significant credit card product across multiple Latin American countries. Prior to these positions, Paulo founded Area Geek, was Head of Product at Magnetis Investimentos, and held product management roles at Nubank, Natura, and Vitta. Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a degree in Audiovisual Production from MELIES | Escola de Cinema 3D e Animação.
