Hila Shahar

Hila Shahar has a diverse range of work experience. Hila currently works as an Operations Manager at Ontopo since March 2021. Prior to that, they also held the same role at the same company. From 2013 to 2018, Hila worked at ROY CHOCOLATE where they served as a Project Management Officer, responsible for managing various business projects and leading the manufacturing process. Before that, they were the Head Pastry Chef at Yaffo Tel Aviv Restaurant from 2012 to 2013. Hila's early career was in the IDF where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2005 to 2011, leading teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Hila Shahar pursued their education at Bar-Ilan University, where they completed their first degree in Human Resources Development from 2010 to 2013. Later, they enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the same university and successfully completed it from 2011 to 2013, specializing in business.
