Shani Shotland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shani started their career in 2004 as a General Office Clerk at Sherutei Shlomo, where they handled clerical, administrative, customer service, and accounting duties. Shani then worked at Yotvata Ba'Ir as a Shift Manager, leading a team and ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. In 2010, they became the Restaurant Manager at Café 48, where they supervised staff, managed budgets, and implemented customer service strategies. From 2013 to 2019, Shani worked as an International Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines, initially responsible for passenger safety and later managing the team and kitchen in Business class. Their current role is as a CSM at Ontopo, starting in 2022.

Shani Shotland attended Bar-Ilan University in 2013, where they completed a Certificate program in Event Planning & Management.
