Sarah Theobald

Sarah Theobald, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Ontra, where responsibilities include supporting C-suite executives with a comprehensive range of administrative and operational tasks, enabling smooth day-to-day operations. Previously, Sarah held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at DBSI-Inc and worked as a Training Specialist, collaborating with department leaders to create self-paced course curricula and e-learning content. Earlier roles include Assistant Training Coordinator, where Sarah developed a company intranet site and facilitated employee onboarding. Academically, Sarah holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, as well as a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, complemented by a Scholastic Diploma in the International Baccalaureate from Westwood High School.
