Shaun Stockman

Shaun Stockman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shaun started their career in 2003 as an IT Technician with the City of St. Cloud. Shaun then worked as an IT consultant for Marco Business Products and Cold Spring Granite Company, providing technical support to users and managing hardware and software systems.

In 2006, Shaun joined Lifetouch Portrait Studios as a Field Technician II, where they provided desktop technical support and set up network infrastructure for portrait studios. Shaun later worked as a Desktop Support Specialist for Tyco Electronics (formerly ADC).

In 2009, Shaun joined ADC Inc. (now Tyco Electronics) as a Sr. Desktop Support Tech, where they provided second level desktop support to over 1000 users and deployed Windows operating systems and office software.

Shaun's next role was as a Sales and Operations Analyst at Lifetouch Portrait Studios in 2012. Shaun provided reporting and analysis support to over 1000 portrait studios nationwide.

Shaun then joined Ontrack in 2012. Shaun'sroles at Ontrack include Technical/Customer Support Manager, R&D Manager, Sr. US/Canada Inbound Sales Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Business Development - Americas. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving business growth, leading sales and growth strategy, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
