Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Hospitality at AdviniaCare from August 2022 to October 2023. With extensive experience as a Food Service Director at multiple organizations including Eastpointe Rehab, Genesis HealthCare, and Morrison Senior Living, Richard has consistently overseen the daily operations of dietary departments. Richard began a progressive career in food service management in 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2013.
