Debra Brandt currently serves as the Administrative Director of Total Rewards at Onvida Health since October 2024. Prior to this, Debra held various positions at Yuma Regional Medical Center from December 2016 to November 2024, including Administrative Director of Total Rewards, Director of Total Rewards, and Director of Employee and Community Wellbeing. Debra's experience also includes a tenure at Whirlpool Corporation as Senior Benefit Manager in Global Health & Wellness from February 2008 to January 2016, and as Senior Program Manager at StayWell Health Management between 1999 and 2008. Earlier in Debra's career, roles included Public Relations Coordinator at Mercy Hospital - Detroit from 1994 to 1998 and National President at HOSA from 1987 to 1991. Debra pursued education at Wayne State University from 1988 to 1998, working towards a BA/MEd in Public Relations and Health Education.
