Thomas Frost

Thomas Frost has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently working at Brew HR as VP, Innovation [Advisor], where they focus on reducing hiring costs using vetted HR and Talent Acquisition Freelancers. Before that, they worked at The Change Company as VP, Innovation [Advisor], where they brought digital banking services to underbanked communities.

Thomas also has experience in engineering leadership roles. Thomas served as VP, Engineering at Lumanu, a company that simplifies how creators do business. Thomas was also the Co-Founder and CEO of HERO.jobs, a company that was acquired by TS2, where they led successful acquisitions and managed multiple ongoing programs.

In addition, Thomas worked at Intuit as a Santa Monica Product Development Leader and at Docstoc.com as Vice President of Engineering, where they managed technical programs and led successful acquisitions with Intuit.

Prior to that, they were a Partner and CTO at StoryLeaders, a sales training company, and Vice President of Engineering at SendGrid, a cloud-based SMTP relay company that was acquired by Twilio.

Thomas also has experience in director-level roles, including Director of Engineering at Direct EDI, which was acquired by SPSCommerce, and Vice President of Development at AMG-SIU, which was acquired by HMS.

Thomas Frost attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management.
