Nicki Seefried has a diverse work experience. Nicki began their career in 2013 as the Director and Vocal Director for Seven Mile Island Stars, a day camp for children 12-18. In 2014, they were a Campus Tour Guide for Team 1864. In 2017, they were a Sales Representative for HomeAdvisor and an Assistant Director of Canvassing for Fund for the Public Interest. From 2018 to 2021, they held several roles at Guild Education, including Manager, Education Coaching, Associate Manager of Education Coaching, Education Coach Team Lead, and Education Coach. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Onward as a Senior Manager, Customer Success.

Nicki Seefried attended Wilmington University from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Certificate in Staff Training and Development. Nicki also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Denver, with a Theatre Major and Marketing and Communications Minor. In October 2020, Nicki was also Dare to Lead Trained.
