Doug Bodkins

Doug Bodkins currently serves as Regional Manager at Onward Energy since September 2022. Prior to this role, Doug was the Area Manager at NovaSource Power Services, where management included overseeing a team for maintenance of 21 Utility Solar Power Plants. Doug's experience also includes a tenure at First Solar, holding positions such as Plant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Field Technician, overseeing the operations and maintenance of solar power plants across several states. Earlier in their career, Doug served in the Navy as a Nuclear Electrician, where responsibilities included safe operations and maintenance at an electrical power plant.
