Stephanie Lunde

At Onward Investors, Stephanie Lunde directs the due diligence process and closings of commercial real estate and note acquisitions, including complex financial negotiations, and joint venture and partnership agreements. She also oversees asset management of Onward’s properties, as well as the servicing and collection of under-performing and non-performing real estate loans.

Stephanie has extensive senior leadership and commercial finance experience in guiding organizations through periods of change by managing the development and implementation of pragmatic solutions. She previously served as Executive Vice President of Presidium Asset Solutions, where, on behalf of hundreds of institutions nationwide, she directed the asset management and loan workout of commercial real estate and gaming loans with an aggregate principal balance of over $2.5 billion. She also was Senior Vice President of special assets and portfolio management at BankFirst where she managed $1.7 billion of commercial real estate and gaming loans, and oversaw the management of $750 million in defaulted loans.
