Molly Deuson

Molly Deuson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain solutions and operations design. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Design at Onward Robotics since March 2024, Molly previously held the position of Senior Solutions Designer at 6 River Systems, where responsibilities included creating end-to-end automation configurations. Experience at Saddle Creek Logistics Services as Manager of Solution Design involved designing supply chain network solutions and providing leadership for customer proposals. Prior roles include Manager of Global Operations Design at Fortna and Solution Design Manager for Healthcare at FedEx Supply Chain, where Molly developed process improvements and cost models for logistics solutions. Additional management experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Ross Stores, where Molly focused on production efficiency and process improvements. Molly holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
