Ben Williams

Ben Williams, PhD, currently serves as Director of Solutions Design & Delivery at Jobs for the Future, leading initiatives such as the Google Career Certificates Community College Expansion Project, which engaged over 100 educational institutions to support more than 6,000 learners. Previously, in 2021, Ben was the Executive Director of Technical Programs at KCTCS, where leadership was provided for technical program development across 16 colleges. As a Research and Educational Equity Consultant, Ben supported postsecondary institutions in enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. From 2015 to 2021, Ben was the Chief Executive Officer of the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, focusing on educational equity and workforce diversity, and held various roles within the organization, including Vice President of Programs. An extensive career in education includes a foundational position at Columbus State Community College. Ben holds a PhD in Educational Policy & Leadership and a Master's in Student Affairs & Higher Education Administration from The Ohio State University, as well as a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
