Joshua Daniel Job is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager Projects at Onward Technologies Limited since September 2020, Joshua has held various key positions including Sr. Project Manager and Project Lead, focusing on design activities. Previous experience includes an Associate Manager role at Accenture in India and over 13 years at Caterpillar Inc. in various engineering capacities. Josh began his career at MECH CI CADD as a Designer and has also served in production and sales roles. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the College of Engineering, Guindy, as well as an MBA from GITAM Deemed University and is currently pursuing an Advanced Programme in Corporate Strategy and Business Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
